These terms cover how you may use Patchrooms today. By using Patchrooms you agree to them.
Early access
Patchrooms is a preview. Features may change, break, or be removed, and the service is provided as-is with no uptime or service-level guarantee during early access.
Fees
Patchrooms is free during early access — we do not charge fees yet. We will publish pricing and the related paid terms before general availability, and we will give notice before any charges would apply to you.
Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- Abuse, overload, or attempt to disrupt the service.
- Use it for unlawful content or in violation of others' rights.
- Reverse-engineer or attempt to gain unauthorized access to the service.
Your data and responsibilities
You control what the widget captures on your sites. You are responsible for the data you collect through it — including having a lawful basis and providing any notices or consent your end users are entitled to, particularly for screenshots and audio.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Patchrooms is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of this early-access software.
Changes
We may update these terms as the product evolves. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised terms.
